Introduction

This tutorial introduces the components of the ‘To Do’ view.

The image above shows the To Do View view. The ‘To Do View’ is displayed when the ‘To Do’ option is selected from the filter options on the left side of the view.

The ‘To Do View’ has three display options which can be changed using the ‘Display Option‘ control from the Toolbar. Display Option 1 displays only those tasks which have ‘To Do’ items.

The ‘To Do View’ displays Tasks and To Do items for a single Phase at a time. The Phase Indicator displays the number of phases as a series of dots, with the currently selected phase indicated by a blue dot. You can navigate to the next/previous Phase using a swipe left/swipe right gesture on the view.

The image above shows the To Do View with Display Option 2 selected.

Display Option 2 displays all tasks in a phase, but tasks that do no have ‘To Do’ items are shown in a ‘collapsed’ or ‘hidden’ form. Task 2 is an example of a task being displayed in a ‘collapsed form’. The blue arrow pointing to the right, next to the Task Name indicates that the ‘To Do’ items are ‘collapsed’.
A blue arrow pointing downwards indicates that ‘To Do’ items are not collapsed.

The image above shows the To Do View with Display Option 3 selected.
‘Display Option 3’ displays all tasks in a phase, but all tasks are shown in a ‘collapsed’ or ‘hidden’ form.

The ‘To Do’ items associated with a task can be displayed/hidden by tapping on the blue Task name. For example, you can display the ‘To Do’ items for Task 1 by tapping on the Task name ‘Business Case’.
