Will Analytics Pro 3 work with my device?

Subscription Basics

The full functionality of the Analytics Pro 3 App requires the purchase of an auto-renewing subscription via the In-App purchase store.

Without a subscription, Analytics Pro 3 provides a few sample reports and some functionality is disabled.

Two subscription periods are available: 1 Month Subscription and 12 Month Subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time.

How can I purchase a subscription?

Analytics Pro 3 will display the subscription store automatically when selecting a report or function that requires a subscription.

You can also view the subscription store by selecting "Store & Subscription" from the Information menu. The store also lets you view the receipt for your active subscription and purchase history.

How do I change my subscription?

If you wish to change a subscription from one price tier to another, e.g. to change from the monthly subscription to the yearly subscription. Go to the in-app store and select the new price tier and then select "Buy". You will be asked to confirm if you want to modify your subscription. The change will be implemented and you will be charged when the current subscription expires.

How can I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed using the Settings App, not from within the Analytics Pro 3 App.

To cancel a subscription:

1) Open the Settings App.

2) Select "iTunes and App Store" to display the “iTunes & App Stores” screen.

3) Tap on your Apple ID, then select "View Apple ID” from the menu.

4) Select “Subscriptions” to display your subscriptions.
Here you can cancel any subscriptions you have.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

If have more that one iOS device, you can use the "Restore" option to enable your subscription on the second device.
